Outdoor activities are unlimited at Sunset Bay: fishing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and mountain biking on miles of existing logging roads. Winter offers snowshoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing. By boat you can explore secluded sand beaches and discover buried Native artifacts or explore islands with 300 year old white pine. Nearby, the Kaministiquia and Dog River offer rapids for kayak enthusiasts who participate in the annual “Conquer the Dog.”
